Services Offered

homekea specializes in home remodeling and repairs. Through our website, customers can browse the services offered, book appointments for quotes (home remodeling), or schedule specific repair services.

Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked by choosing a service and an available date and time slot from our website. Bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Once a booking is made, customers will receive a pending confirmation message until the appointment is approved by homekea.

Online Payments

Payments are processed using the Stripe payment gateway. By providing your payment information, you authorize homekea to charge you for the services booked.

Account Management

Customers automatically create an account when booking an appointment, through which they can check, reschedule, or cancel their appointments. Rescheduling must be done at least 7 hours in advance, and cancellations must be made 12 hours before the appointment to be eligible for a full refund.

Data and Account Deletion

Customers have the right to edit their account details and delete their accounts. If an account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed from our records. homekea cannot recover deleted data and is not responsible for any loss arising from such action.

Service Time and Payment

The booked service time is approximate and subject to change. The actual time taken for the job will be calculated on-site, and customers will be billed accordingly at the completion of the services. Our billing is based on hourly rates without proration, meaning any fraction of an hour is considered as a full hour for billing purposes.

Notifications

Customers will receive email notifications for every step of the service process, from booking to completion.

Liability and Disclaimer

homekea’s liability for services rendered is limited to the scope of work agreed upon in the service booking. homekea is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for the resolution of any disputes.
